Munchkinland & the WOW Bus
Munchkinland and the WOW Bus are free programs for children from birth to kindergarten age and their adult. Oceanside Building Learning Together has Munchkinland centres in Parksville and Qualicum Beach, and the WOW bus travels to nearby communities. Both Munchkinland and the WOW bus are part of the BC StrongStart program and offer dynamic early learning environments for children and their parents/caregivers. Come learn through play, meet new friends and take part in special activities offered throughout the week.
