Oceanside Building Learning Together
Oceanside Building Learning Together’s (OBLT) goal is to enhance lifelong learning with free early learning and literacy programs for babies through seniors. Since our inception in 1999, the needs of the community have evolved, and we’ve adapted to meet those changing needs.

Early Learning Programs
Looking for an enriched environment to learn through play and socialize with your little one? Check out Early Learning and StrongStart Programs, the WOW bus and much more!
Technology Learning Centre
Have a new iPad, phone or laptop and need help with how to use it? Come to our Technology Learning Center (TLC) for drop-in help and informative workshops!
Community Resource Hub
We’ve created a Community Resource Hub that provides information you can use on everything from early learning to technology as well as upcoming community events.
Support OBLT
We welcome new members to join the OBLT Society and connect with those focused on championing education and literacy throughout Oceanside. It is one way to support the literacy work we do in the community and membership is just $10 per year.
